Each month, you will receive:

1 lb ground beef
1 package quarter-pound ground beef patties (4 patties)
1 Sirloin Steak (~1.5 lbs)
1 pork shoulder roast (~3 lbs)
1 lb mild pork sausage
1 lb Chorizo
1 package natural-cure bacon (~1 lb)
2 packages boneless/skinless chicken breasts (~1.2 lbs)
1 package chicken thighs (~1.2 lbs)
1 package chicken wings (~1.5 lbs)
3 dozen eggs
