The most economical way to enjoy pasture-raised beef and pork from our farm is to order in bulk. Choose a quarter, half, or whole animal and stock your freezer with farm-fresh cuts at the best value.
HOW BULK ORDERING WORKS
When placing a bulk order, the main thing we need to know is how you want it to come—we're happy to take your selections over the phone or you can download our order form, mark your preferences and return to us via email, mail, or at the farmers market. From there, we carefully pack your order using our most recent inventory—ensuring quality, consistency, and flexibility. This approach gives you more control over what fills your freezer while keeping bulk orders efficient for both our farm and our processors.
Beef Orders
Choose cuts within each category, or opt for the ground beef equivalent. For example, swap 12 lbs of chuck roast for 12 lbs of ground beef if your family prefers ground. A quarter-beef guarantees about 100 lbs of finished product (excluding bones), which typically fills two large (48-qt) coolers, with possible overflow into a third.

Enjoy the same flexibility: select cuts or trade for ground pork. Don’t want spare ribs? Swap them for more ground pork instead. You’ll also have access to all of our ground pork options—something many processors don’t allow for half-hog orders.

A $100 deposit is required when placing your bulk order. The balance is due at pickup.
Payment by cash or check is preferred. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee.
