This hard-to-find steak is best used like a flank steak. We like to marinate for 12-24 hours, then slice and sauté for stir-fry or fajitas. Another great option is to sear the steak in a hot cast iron skillet, and then finish off in the oven.

Choose from farmers market pick-up locations (including Carmel and Fishers), on-farm pickup, or home delivery in the Indianapolis area. Home delivery orders under $200 will incur a $14 fee. Delivery is available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
