  • Our Angus-cross cattle are well-suited for grazing on our bio-diverse pastures, consisting of grasses, legumes, herbs, and forbes from April through November. During the winter months, they consume stored forages, including hay and silage, which we raise and source from local farms. When possible, we use certified organic forages for winter supplementation.
  • We do not use hormones, direct-fed antibiotics, animal byproducts, or growth stimulants. We make every effort to maintain herd health so that treatment is seldom needed.
  • We work with a quality, state-inspected processing facility that has been in business for over 60 years; they use humane harvesting practices.
