Recipe for: Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine

  • 3 1/2 lamb spare ribs
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

1. Thaw lamb ribs completely and place in a 9×13 glass baking dish. In a bowl, combine onions, garlic, honey, olive oil, soy sauce, wine, pepper, salt, lemon juice, and cinnamon; once mixed, pour over the lamb; cover with plastic wrap and marinate for around 1 hour.
2.  Preheat oven to 400F.  Remove lamb from the refrigerator, allow to come to temperature (around 20 minutes) and then bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 70 minutes or until cooked through.
